Destination

Depending on the location in the units and mechanisms of the combine, the anglesensor enables the operator to control:

• position (rotation angle) of the wheels
• spatial location of the unloading auger
• the lift height (actual cut) of the header
• position of the sloping chamber (grain pan)
• the opening of the concave of the threshing drum and other functions

This spare part is used for replacing a worn out or damaged unit during repairs.

Properties

The operation of the anglesensor is based on the principle of variation of inductive resistance of the coil with a steel core during changes of the air gap in the magnetic field.
Structurally, the anglesensor is executed in a plastic housing of complex shape with two fixing holes.
Inside the housing there is a coil, a core and the electronics elements. A slot for connecting the sensor to the board computer is placed on the side surface.
