The main activies can be considered the production and sale of bearings for automobile industry and precision equipment. Among the customers of NTN products can be selected such automobile giant as Daimler-Benz, the Bosch company, manufacturers of high-speed trains.

The company is also known for its extensive line of subminiature bearings, develops and distributes market bearings for appliances, electronics, data storage (hard drives), hydrodynamic bearings for printers and scanners, special bearings for MRI (magnetoresonance scanners).
