Application of a drum cover plate:
The cover plate is intended for protection of a molotilny drum and the drum bottom against grain weight.
The cover plate structure:
The Lock cover is a long leaf of metal which is bent on width under certain corners. Fasten a plate to special details (the drum bottom) by means of the increased durability bolts. The drum cover plate shall be selected very precisely on weight. If not to provide it, disbalance of a beater will take place that in turn will lead to failure of bearings, bearing hosinds and other elements of threshing system . As guards of a threshing drum work in the high vibrations conditions and shock loadings. Because a thickness of metal is insignificant they belong to spare parts which need fixed supervision and rather frequent replacement.
