Destination

A component of the gearbox, the function of which is to convert the oscillatory motion of the shaft into a reciprocating movement of the fork to drive the header scythe.
It is used to replace worn out or damaged parts in the process of repair and restoration work.

Properties

A complex metal assembly, which includes: a fork, a forked shaft with a housing and bearings. For connection with mechanisms, slots are made on the fork and shaft. The parts are made of special steel and heat treated to increase their service life.
