Application of cross profile:

The front cross profile 3D is a component of a frame of the upper sieve with 3D system, and is established in its forward part.

Cross-profile structure:

The cross profile 3D are two long leaves of the metal one of which is bent on width in the V-form . They are fastened among themselves by welding. The profile  3D frame to "cheeks" of the upper sieve fastens. As it works in the conditions of high vibrations, and thickness of metal is insignificant, it treat spare parts requiring constant surveillance and rather frequent replacement.
