Design:

The radial insert ball bearing is placed between two steel stamped flanges.

Application:

This bearing is used for passing a load from the drive to the shaft. In case of an emergency load (shock, misalignment, vibration), the lightweight design of the flange housing destroys itself, protecting mechanisms of the combine from more serious accidents.
