Corn head GERINGHOFF ROTA-DISC

The ROTA-DISС  corn cutting platforms - RD are a quality and efficiency example among the similar equipment. They represent model line of headers with the integrated grinder of straw. The RD headers leave low cut-off stalks and completely crushed mass of plants after themselves. It is achieved due to Geringhoff original technology which uses disk knifes as the cutting tool , which rotating at a high speed round own axis.

RD cutting platform advantages:
- the small weight of a header in relation to analogs;
- high speed  of the combine movement and considerable day productivity of harvesting;
- low power consumption (in comparison with chains and belts drive)

There are two options of  ROTA-DISC headers: with a rigid and developing frames. Additional marking in designation of a corn platform designates:
R – rigid frame
F – folding frame

Corn headers RD can be used by various models of combines: CLAAS, JOHN DEERE, MF, IHC and others.
