A spare part of the return elevator of the combine harvesters John Deere.

Destination

Return to re-threshing of ears after their separation from the grain. When the auger rotates in the casing it captures grain masses and push them in the direction of the end nozzle.
This spare part is used for replacing worn out or damaged parts during repairs.

Properties

It is a long shaft with an Archimedean spiral attached to its surface by welding. This component is paint-coated for protection from weather exposure.
