Thanks to large-sized LEXION 480 combine, “Claas” company gained high results, having combined threshing APS system with revolutionary system of residual grain separation (ROTO PLUS). Also GPS PILOT and LASER PILOT control systems were the innovations, discharging operator and allowing him to concentrate completely on the control over combine work.

The small-sized Lexion replaced the previous series Mega. The Lexion 405-430 combine had a unique electronics and threshing system – APS. This series was fitted with more efficient Caterpillar engines in 2002. In 2003 this model range was replaced by the combines of Lexion 500 series.
