Application of the wooden bearing
The wooden bearing (bearing MEGU) serves for fixture of walker keys on a shaft, and also for torque transfer from a shaft to a walker, with its subsequent transformation into turnover oscillating motions of keys.
Structure of the MEGU bearing
The wooden bearing consists of two halves which cover a walker shaft and are fixed on a combine frame by means of special screws. Each of halves of the bearing is made of a large number of the wooden plates (sheets), imposed one on another with change of the direction of fibers of wood. Plates are pressed with use of the corresponding glue. For receipt of antifrictional properties wooden bearings are impregnated with special fat oil.
