Carlisle belts: agricultural series SUPER AG-DRIVE

Carlisle Company, knowing that for the equipment in various fields, which uses belts, there are different requirements for their characteristics (size, thickness, number of fibers, materials, etc.), so they try to satisfy all needs. Engineering industry, oil, woodworking, agricultural sector and in many other spheres of human activity use Carlisle belts.

Especially for agricultural machinery Carlisle company designed belts of SUPER AG-DRIVE group. They are used for grain and forage harvesters, tractors, headers, balers of such famous brands as Claas, John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Abros, Case IH, Deutz Fahr, Dronningborg, Cleaner, Laverda, New Holland, Semanatoarea, Fortschritt and others.

Features that distinguish them among other types of belts are:

  • specially designed rubber intermixture that provides greater resistance to stretching;
  • reinforced cord decorated with special components, providing flexibility and prevents the possibility of delamination of the rubber belt basis;
  • open lateral sides provide a better closing to the pulley, the minimum glide and large coefficient of friction;
  • tissue coverage in several layers is sodded with synthetic rubber, so belts can withstand high temperatures and are more resistant to chemicals and all kinds of pollution;
  • strength increasing of the belt is due to additional fibers which are above and below the belt, as a result, reduces the load on the central fiber that improves strength, balance and a long service life of belts. Profile "A" means that the belt has three layers of fiber on top and bottom, profile "B" - four, profile "C" - five;
  • designed in the USA.

Considering all the features of the Carlisle belts, not by chance, they outlast and go ahead of competitors belts. That's why famouse manufacturers of the original farm machinery successfully cooperate with Timken and gladly use Carlisle belts in their machinery.
